1. About Sasviq

Sasviq is a service marketplace platform that connects customers with contractors/service providers for quotation requests, job matching, and service management.

2. User Eligibility

To use Sasviq:

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials

Sasviq reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. User Accounts

Users may register as Customers, Contractors, or Administrators. You are responsible for all activities under your account and for keeping login credentials secure.

4. Service Requests & Quotations

Customers may submit service requests with job descriptions, location, images, and budget preferences. Contractors may receive relevant leads and submit quotations. Sasviq does not guarantee job completion, contractor availability, or service quality.

5. Contractor Responsibilities

Contractors agree to provide accurate business information, maintain professional conduct, and deliver services legally and ethically. Sasviq may remove contractors for repeated complaints or fraudulent activities.

6. Subscription & Payments

Sasviq may offer free and paid subscription plans for contractors. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise and must be completed through approved methods.

7. Ratings & Reviews

Users agree not to post false or defamatory reviews or manipulate ratings. Sasviq may remove inappropriate content without notice.

8. Platform Usage Restrictions

Users must not use fake identities, spam the system, attempt unauthorized access, or circumvent payment/lead systems. Violation may result in immediate suspension.

9. Intellectual Property

All Sasviq branding, logos, platform designs, and software remain the property of Sasviq. Reproduction or reverse engineering is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sasviq acts only as a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for contractor performance, service disputes, delays, or damages. Users engage at their own risk.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts for policy violations, fraudulent behavior, or non-payment of subscription fees.

12. Privacy

Your use of Sasviq is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

Sasviq may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia or Singapore, depending on the operational region.
